Traffic Light Indication (RAG Status)

Contacts and Accounts in KEEP are not restricted (although some fields may be). To ensure that all users feel comfortable in sharing information about relationships with stakeholders, a simple traffic light indication system is used.

Each account record is colour coded to represent the degree of engagement of a particular stakeholder and/or the degree to which the relationship may be delicate or require careful management. It is the responsibility of the record owner (or a nominated delegate) to update the RAG status.

It is the responsibility of every User to respect the owner of the records and check the RAG status if seeking to pursue contact with existing Contacts/Accounts.
